In darkness's hollow, where shadows play
Hope's light flickers out, and fades away
All that was thought to be, now lost and gone
Leaving emptiness, where love once belonged

Backups failed, and friends turned cold
Mocking whispers, young and old
Some offer aid, but with a hidden fee
A price too high, for a soul to be free

The weight of needs, a crushing load
No resources left, to lighten the road
Confusion reigns, depression's dark night
A world that once cared, now ignores the fight

No one takes me serious, a fading voice
A life force dwindling, a heartfelt choice
To find the strength, to carry on the fight
To rise above, and shine with new light

In this desperate hour, I search for a way
To overcome, to seize a brighter day
To find the courage, to face the test
To rise from the ashes, and find my best

Hold on to hope, a glimmer of light
A chance to rediscover, a new-found might
To turn the tide, to find a way to thrive
To survive the darkness, and stay alive.
