Face It

'Head On'

By Ruth Elizabeth StiffPublished 8 months ago 1 min read
It's the only way!

“Whatever your challenge is,

worrying about it won’t help.

Either do something to address it,

or do something to move past it”

Worrying does not help anything or anyone.

When we worry,

our minds become ‘clogged’

and can never move past

the problem

or

find a solution.

We need to take control

before it gets to a worrying stage.

Then we can find a solution to the problem

or let it go and move past it.

Sometimes it is better

to face the problem ‘head on’

and deal with it sooner rather than later.

And then we can continue

on our journey of life.

We need to focus

on what we can do

and then take positive action to do it.

By overcoming hurdles in this way,

we are becoming more

resilient in life and stronger.

Very wise words. It's easier to deal with a problem amd move on than to not do anything and be left worrying about it.
