Eyes

Judgement from pigment?

By natalia kamusinskiPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Look into my eyes

You’ll see no lies

You’ll see colour.

Green - slightly mean,

Blue - clue(less),

Yellow - a little mellow,

Grey - dismay(ed),

Brown - down (to earth),

Black - slack.

But can judgement

Really come from pigment?

My eyes are not one colour.

They are light green, aqua,

dark blue with specs of brown,

a black centre.

I challenge but am giving,

Sad at times but thriving,

Mellow when drinking,

Earthy when hiking,

Not at all slack.

So look into my eyes

See inside

See my pride

I see your pride.
