the stars talk to me, twinkling in morse code

gentle songs of the sea, and sailors of long ago

their bravery and fears, battles won on the water

the laughter and tears of their wives, sons and daughters

the smell of the air and the salt on their skin

made enemies beware, more than original sin

for the gods and the beasts, could never have imagined

the celebrations and feasts, future generations would have and

they dress up and drink, remembering how it must have been

how they faced, without blink, with pure adrenaline

pirates and sea creatures, with sword and gunpowder

and then would retreat, and the cheers would grow louder

with the stars as a witness to their bravery, in their endeavors

their glory, limitless, told by the constellation, forever

Good job and I believe that all our stories good and bad will be around forever like in the poem.
