Explore Art, Feel Better
Art is formidable mental health therapy

Even as a kid,
as if I already knew,
life can be hard
without a way
to make it enjoyable
or tolerable.
So, I sought solutions,
and art emerged,
as the answer,
to my queries.
Since age four,
now at forty,
I continue creativity
as integral part,
of my life journey,
which diminishes agonies.
I teach this wonderful,
life philosophy,
to my kids,
that they can turn
pain and suffering
into a blessing.
I encourage you too,
dear readers,
pick your tools,
and explore the realm,
of imagination,
and self-expression.
Let it shrink chaos,
improve mental health,
and offer catharsis,
