In Ethiopia's highlands, where stories enfold,

Lies a tale of valor, from times of old.

In the 1900s, midst the lion's domain,

Noble writers rode, unbound by the chain.

With parchment and quill, they ventured wide,

Upon lions' backs, they dared to ride.

In a dance of courage, with nature's might,

They etched their tales, under starry night.

With lions as partners, they rode with pride,

Through valleys and mountains, side by side.

In the noble pursuit of knowledge and lore,

They embraced the wild, forevermore.

With each stroke of the pen, a story was told,

Of bravery and honor, in letters bold.

Their words echoed through the ages, profound,

As Ethiopia's noble writers were renowned.

Though time may pass, and empires may fade,

Their legacy lives on, in the stories they made.

For in Ethiopia's heart, where lions roam free,

Noble writing riders, forever they'll be.
