As you closed your eyes, I watched you’re sleeping. I found the innocent of a child and it brought smile to my face. Suddenly you opened yours. And you smiled back. I came up a few inches to get a better view of your face, and so did you. Then something drew us getting closer, closer, and closer to each other until the boundaries is transcended.

Then the fireworks begins. Everyone grabbed their phone, shoot to the sky as if they could capture the moment, make it eternal. But I found that the best way to really capture the moment is just to enjoy it the way your eyes see, let the brain saves the images in your head, and let your heartbeats collide with the airwaves.

And do you know what moment I’d love to keep eternal the most? It’s not the fireworks in the sky, but it’s the fireworks that shines bright with your eyes as your lips make the best smile ever.

Then I had this pretty thoughts about you and what you’ve made me feel. I swear I could have written a lot of sweet and nice things about you. I swear I could’ve said that I believe that you were sincere. Now the only thing I know is that you love nothing but yourself.

At this hour last week, I could’ve sneaked out of the room and laying next to you. We could’ve spent the night talking till the Sun was in our eyes. There’s so much we could do together to make a memory.

Here I am reminiscing about what could’ve happen back then. Regretting how I wished I spent a better time for you. Remembering all the details, kicking the dust for all the things I wished I had done, for you. For us in our tiny little moments.

And you? I hope now you’re still regretting the heartbreak you did to ruin everything. I wished that you were in pain, so much just like me.

I hope you spent your nights and days in so much misery, hoping one more chance to make it all right.

Or maybe you don’t. Or maybe is it only me now that stuck in those days and hoping that everything was different. Maybe you’re already moved on with your life, not looking back and never had any thought about what could’ve happened that night.

O my, what a good night for a walk outside. I’d like to feel the beat under the pouring rain to collide with my pain. And darling, God knows how I really tried, tried, tried, to walk on a thin ice and not drowning, to keep the flame and not burning, to hold onto a rope and not falling.

But I slipped away, so this is my goodbye.
