gentle touch
quiet space
hearts beating
together
mind melded
soul synchronized
into a moment
splitting dimensions
ethereal
granted
written
but no more
blotted out
what happens
when one heart
stays
and the other
leaves
one soul
cries
and the other
flies
only the One
who scattered
the stars
across the sky
and lit the moon
with the sun
knows.

Oh I like this. It's like your words became the constellation. Quiet space as though the two are in space among the stars. 'One soul cries and the other flies', what a haunting line. Very fitting for the theme. The ending was superb, 'only the one who lit the moon with the sun, knows'. Indeed. 👌🏾
