“Motivation
is like food for the brain.
We cannot get enough in one sitting.
It needs continuous and regular top ups.”
We eat and drink every day
to sustain and keep our bodies healthy.
We should have a similar routine
for our minds.
Having a daily ‘dose’
of self-care and meditation
will help us to keep our minds strong and motivated
— every day.
It is important
that we never lose focus of our dreams
and keep the enthusiasm to be happy
every single day.
When we set ‘achievable’ goals
and then ‘do them’,
we can celebrate our own success
because we ‘deserve’ to.
This builds up our spirits,
as well as resilience and determination,
especially in the mind.

Such A beautiful reminder, our minds can control our whole day, so it's important to replace our thoughts with positive uplifting things.
