I love and hate English,

Yuck, all the essays to polish,

It has destroyed my mind,

Turning my brain into the dictionary kind.

I love it when we talk about Mr. Brown,

I feel like he has given me the golden crown.

Teaching me everything in his class,

So, I can ace university with a pass.

By writing essays and reading literature,

I understand it's about building a structure,

Start at the base and draw a strong picture,

It's all about abstaining from basic fractures.

English is a bridge to a new world

Where fantasy and reality is hurled,

Understanding and learning is the key,

To be someone you want to be.
