you get that heavy feeling in your chest after your friends console in you,

and you think somethings wrong with you.

you outburst and lash when disrespect is towards you,

and don't question what made you inherit that feeling.

That overwhelming resentment when someone has what you believe you will never achieve.

But energy does not create, nor destroy itself.

it cycles.

when someone mocks your character you've shaped unto your spirit,

when your constantly picking up on other peoples emotions and try to 'heal' them.

All you're really doing is giving a part of yourself, so they can replace it within a part of them.

energy is forever.

it is death and rebirth when you believe you can't handle it.

and you must cherish it, as its a part of you that you built unconsciously.

Healing means nothing if you give it to someone that is unwilling to change.

Let them find it through the trials and testaments you faced yourself,

so one understands the work it takes, and not the words you give them.

energy is forever.

it is death and rebirth all at once.

accept for what it is, as you have accepted the moments that made you.

accept the hurt, the pain, the acceptance, and the change.

for the grief that comes will outcome the effort you bring.

there will always be another to take that from you

but ask yourself how will you call it back?

how will you evolve from the barriers you allowed unto you, as they once had unto them?

energy is forever.

it is death and rebirth.

allow yourself this acceptance,

and nothing can take it away from you.
