Soft drifts the snow upon a silent street,
While distant bells ring out a silver tune.
Stars gather close as if the sky’s heartbeat,
To guide the earth by light of winter’s moon.
In every window, tiny sparks ignite—
Red, green, and gold in twinkling display—
Homes gleam with warmth against the endless night,
As hearts recall this time from far away.
But then, a hush—a thrill upon the air,
As though the world itself draws breath to see
A hint of magic, caught, unguarded there,
Alive in every gaze, each heart’s decree.
The night gives way, as joy unfolds the dawn—
In dreams we wake, and wonder lingers on.
