Embrace of Darkness
Finding comfort in the night's quiet moments.
By Krixi DannyPublished 7 months ago • 1 min read

The darkness falls, so still, so deep,
A velvet cloak where shadows sleep.
It whispers secrets, soft and low,
Of hidden worlds we’ll never know.
No light to guide, no path to see,
Just endless depths, a mystery.
Yet in its arms, there lies a peace,
A quiet calm, a sweet release.
The stars may fade, the moon may hide,
But darkness walks with us, a guide.
It holds our fears, it bears our pain,
And mends the wounds the day can’t tame.
For in the dark, we learn to feel,
The truths that daylight can conceal.
A paradox, both fear and grace,
The darkness is a sacred space.
