Enter the night sky, dance with the bright star, encroaching as the tiger is, hidden the dragon will be. Eliasson, the little sun—"Every once in a while, there is a moment in your life, which stands as a marker for something significant. A time of change and evolution or devolution."

Cloak her beauty, savour her grace, courted so high by you, her suitor. Calder, the lithographic sun—"Chaos and an unbalanced sense of understanding can cloud your mind and heart, can create uncertainty and unease"

Leave us breathless, with your sensual dance as your lunar beau moves with danger, trying to tame his beast. Lichtenstein—"Liminal, you find yourself between cause and effect, action, reaction and even inaction, you are poised to make the biggest decision"

Intimate and intense, I"Intrigued by the potential, insecure about the negatives, do you plunge into it or let it slide you by?"

Perfect in balance, Pechstein, the Somme—"Paradoxically there is no way of really knowing what will be unless you take the leap. If you don't do anything different, you can only expect the same"

Seize the moment while it lasts, Schiele—"Still, the mere thought of putting yourself out there, putting it all on the line on what feels like a whim, can be enough to lock the cage and throw away the key"

Everlasting your devotion to one another, Enlivens—"Either everything you've worked hard to hold onto, the monotonous and the safe, will be lost in a sea of chance or the leap of faith will lead you to something greater, better and more important than you could ever imagine."

Love how you wove the artwork and acrostic lines together! It made for a very unique reading experience! Very clever, Paul!

  • This is such a super cool concept and idea - love the fragmented-ness of it. Very eclipsy. I love the cause and effect line - perfection! 💜c

  • Whoaaaa Sir Paul, you truly outdid yourself! This was a stunning masterpiece!

Beautiful poetry matching striking images, Paul. I loved your use of the leap into the unknown as a metaphor for eclipse. There was something really gentle about this work that stirred my feelings. A welcome respite from the day to day stress of my life. You have the artists eye, my friend. I loved your curation of the art!

I like what you did here, but why do you insist on making me think? It's cruel and I don't want to. Maybe after lunch.

‘How deep do you want to go Paul?’ Very deep said he, ‘ A time of change and evolution or devolution’ it makes me ask the question, what change am I willing to accept. To evolve or to devolve. I absolutely love how these words sound together ‘ lunar beau moves with danger’ it barely requires the mouth to open which makes this line sound soft and gentle. ‘reaction and even inaction, you are poised to make the biggest decision" I’ve had many days of inaction and that led to its own devastation. ‘Intimate and intense, I—"Intrigued…‘ this low key made me blush. 😳 ‘If you don't do anything different, you can only expect the same‘ I needed these words so much, thank you Paul. Loving the artworks here and this was deeply uplifting, it filled me up when my cup was half empty. So again, thank you very much Paul. A total masterpiece 👏🏽👌🏽🤗♥️
