Your feelings are meant to be kept in your head
your thoughts to be unheard of
Silence
Silence is all I know
It Echoes in my head
Like speaking into a dark long empty tunnel
But my head is not an empty tunnel
It's a world of thoughts, words, imagination
Things no one knows but I, myself
A beautiful world i created, but yet I have dark ones too
Ones that fire creep along every corner
Ones than scream in agony and pain
Ones that laugh, mimic me
I once heard someone say
"Control your thoughts when you are alone"
"Control your words when you are around people"
It seems when I do, everything is so quiet and still
Too quiet, silence, too loud
My thoughts, running, hoping, to find someone to listen to them
It echoes in my head, taunting me, haunting me
Everything is dark and black
Maybe, just maybe, One day
Ill learn to be heard
And I'll learn to hear myself, too
