Echoes of a Warming Earth
A Plea from Nature in the Face of Climate Change
By MD.ATIKUR RAHAMANPublished 9 months ago • 1 min read

The Warming Earth
The skies once clear, now streaked with gray,
The sun a stranger in the light of day.
Oceans rise, as glaciers fall,
A warming world, too late to call.
Forests whisper, leaves are thin,
The earth is tired, weary within.
Storms rage louder, winds more fierce,
Nature’s balance begins to pierce.
But still we walk, with blind intent,
Ignoring signs that heaven sent.
A plea for change, to heed the cost,
Before more beauty is forever lost.

Great work
This poem powerfully captures the urgent and emotional reality of climate change. With vivid imagery and a somber tone, it reflects humanity's neglect and the Earth's silent suffering. The lines provoke reflection and serve as a heartfelt call to action, urging us not to ignore the signs before it’s too late. A poignant and beautifully written reminder of what’s at stake.
Thanks for spreading the word. We really do need to start taking action
