Echoes of a Broken Heart

Healing Isn’t Linear, But It’s Real

By The Content CrafterPublished 8 months ago 1 min read

My heart was once a symphony of hope,

A melody woven through every note I spoke.

But time, like a thief in the night,

Tore it apart, away from the light.

The pieces scattered, but I kept them close,

Tucked in corners where no one knows.

Some days, they were whispers of pain,

Other days, echoes of a love that remained.

I tried to fix it, to make it whole,

But sometimes, healing has no control.

It doesn’t come in pretty packages, neat,

It comes in waves, a rhythm incomplete.

And I learned that strength doesn’t show in silence,

It’s found in the tears, in the defiance.

It’s in the moments you let yourself break,

And the courage you find when you wake.

There are days when the past calls my name,

When memories feel like a burning flame.

But I refuse to let them hold me tight,

I let the echoes fade into the night.

Healing isn’t linear, it’s not a straight line,

But in the cracks, the light will shine.

So if you’re broken, don’t be afraid,

Because in time, the heart will be remade.
