Wired For Knowledge

Kelli and I decided to work on a poetic series, and we had so much fun writing the first two poems that we decided to pen another round.
Part 1
Part 2 - Kelli!
Part 3
Their immaculate conception in an amniotic cryopod
They're all born fully grown without any hair
Only the perfect ones are kept, recycling the flawed
Deep inside a mad scientist’s mountain laboratory lair
He hooks them up to electrodes soon after their birth
The transfer of knowledge he means to see completed
He has an evil plot to prove his priceless worth
A grudge against all those politicians who are cheating
So he’s been creating his people for many years
Like a god, giving them hearts that are beating
His creations are going to bring the world to tears
He just needed some fresh blood, some new genes
To finish perfecting his Frankenstein brew
By any biological or chemical means
In training his genetically engineered crew
Inside this supervillain's hidden lab beneath the fount
For soon, the time is drawing ever near
He’ll give his orders for his minions to mount
Then he’ll start his macabre and immortal reign of fear

A wonderfully fun concept
Brilliantly-crafted and fabulous! 💕
Beautifully done!
The thought of people manufactured for a cause is scary...the worst is it has happened in history. Well thought out, you and Kelli. Will catch up with Kelli's after this.
Oof - love the line about keeping the perfect ones and recycling the flawed!
Boy, you keep raising that bar. Fabulous stuff
Again another brilliant story told by poetic verse ⭐️🏆🖌️⭐️
