“Non compos mentis”, is the Latin phrase.
“Nutty as a fruitcake”; colloquially his malaise.
Responsibility; not his forte. Blame someone else, his way to play.
Running the country through thoughtless tweets.

Aberrant, amok, around the bend.
Why some fools still follow, is hard to contend.

Looney, monomaniacal desire for money.

All attributes of this sociopath are crummy.
Difficult finding someone more scummy.

Disturbed, unable to lead in a crisis.
Dangerous, perhaps even more so than Isis.
Delusional don can not be led.
And thousands more may be dead.
