Don't Set Yourself on Fire
Reduce body inflammation by healthy lifestyle

Would you like it,
if someone set fire
to your yard or your house?
No.
You would be livid.
You will file a case,
of arson.
What if someone
sets fire,
on your body?
You would not spare,
the offender.
Yet in your ignorance,
you are becoming,
the criminal —
setting inflammation
in your own body
through relentless,
chemical exposure:
morning to night,
cosmetics, food preservatives,
vehicle exhaust, pesticides,
room fresheners —
all in the name of,
feeling sophisticated,
or for convenience,
but evolution has not built
your body for that!
The human system,
is very fragile.
It has buffers, yes —
but still a limit.
Be wise.
Please, don’t ignite
a catastrophic fire.
Avoid inflammation,
stay healthy.
