Would you like it,

if someone set fire

to your yard or your house?

No.

You would be livid.

You will file a case,

of arson.

What if someone

sets fire,

on your body?

You would not spare,

the offender.

Yet in your ignorance,

you are becoming,

the criminal —

setting inflammation

in your own body

through relentless,

chemical exposure:

morning to night,

cosmetics, food preservatives,

vehicle exhaust, pesticides,

room fresheners —

all in the name of,

feeling sophisticated,

or for convenience,

but evolution has not built

your body for that!

The human system,

is very fragile.

It has buffers, yes —

but still a limit.

Be wise.

Please, don’t ignite

a catastrophic fire.

Avoid inflammation,

stay healthy.
