“Beautiful things
don’t ask for attention.”
True beauty is very often quiet
but can always be seen.
A butterfly is
delicate, small, beautiful
and silent
but we always see one and ‘wonder’
at its complete colouring and beauty.
The sunrise every morning
is beautiful, glowing and silent
but we see it every morning,
giving us that sense of calm.
‘Such beautiful elements
serve to inspire us
to find value
in the modest and the unassuming.’
All of this encourages us
and inspires us
to cultivate gratitude
for the amazing and remarkable “life”
which surrounds us on a daily basis.
This stimulates
a deep sense of connection
with the world we live in.
When we nurture appreciation
for the beauty around us,
we find peace, contentment and grace.
LIVE AND LOVE LIFE!
