Warm quilted cotton
bleached it's whitest
clean comforter cuddles
smells like grandma's washing
Strong coffee
Stronger Marijuana
Here it is so
K I N D
so
S A F E
it is like no other place.
Buttery affection slathered
Overzealous canine kisses
I love how they love me
Even when I'm ugly
Velvet mustang muzzle
My Quarter Horse is whole
Nickering their loyalty
Our misfit herd so Bold
Amongst my chrerished housemates
two dear, indispensable guides
They are named Thesaurus and Dictionary
Words are innately scriptural
These bibles intend themselves for Sapiophiles.
2 of everything.
Never get caught needing
No Rush. Not Ever.
Pantry brimming benevolent
Prepared for any weather
No desire to friskily roam
I've made this house
into my home.
