Doggfather Voice
A rap/poetry tribute to the smooth style of Snoop Dogg
Once upon a time in the west coast city known as LBC and the area code known 2-1-3.
There lived a boy everyone called the D-O-double G from the D-P-G-C.
He had a love for plants like a lotus. Low and behold that boy’s name is Calvin Broadus.
Straight from the east side of Long Beach way out west he was the best with smoothness that the rough couldn’t test.
He told us who he was when crept through the fog. In 1992 the world met Snoop Doggy Dogg.
When it came to rapping he had a very soft spoken his brand new style, we all love his criminal smooth style.
When he popped up on a song his voice was so lay back. We all had to hear that smooth voice on the playback.
His smooth voice led a generation of pearls. By 1993 we lived in a doggy dog world.
Every time his smooth lyrics hit the ones and two’s, everybody’s ears were blessed with his west coast blues.
From bangin’ and mackin’ when he raps or he sings. He’ll always be the smooth West Coast Hip Hop king.
