Things we look for too deliberately often come to nothing, but life is full of surprises, both big and small. It's like a lost key that, after a new one is made, suddenly appears behind the sofa, though we haven't been searching for it for a long time.

We shouldn't be overly obsessed with gains and losses, because nothing in life is worth searching for endlessly. Often, what we're looking for is already in our hands; we simply haven't discovered it yet.

If I obtain it, I am fortunate. If I lose it, it is my fate. When you arrive, I welcome you, and when you depart, I don't regret your leaving. Life experiences cycles of reunion and separation, which applies to both people and things.

Being calm and open-minded is a form of life wisdom. Everything will appear when we are meant to encounter it, at the right time and in the right way.

This doesn't mean we shouldn't work hard to strive for our ideal, but rather that we shouldn't force ourselves. In the process of pursuing it, life has already taught us to be strong.
