Do you mind

if I count the leaves on the trees

If I count the stems on each branch

if I count the seeds on a strawberry

if I count the stars in the sky

my eyes tend to be blurry

I tend to be in no hurry

this is my way of being a nice guy

it’s a beautiful way

just waiting to die

it’s truly not my specialty

but I’ll try to write each word
