Distractions

They Will Be the Death of Us

By David E. PerryPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Drawing my focus away

Igniting the flames of my dreams

Shifting away from the matter at hand

This is not what it seems

Revolting flaw if you ask me

Arguably the worst there is

Cities have fallen over it

Time and time again

Inexcusable

Ostentatious

Never may it happen to you

The beginning of this is awesome I kinda wish you kept the structure through it but it also does add to the namesake as you seem to get 'distracted' towards the end.
