Chasing ghosts from the darkness

into the bright light, of the day

Skeletons in the closet

with nothing good, left to say

What happened in Vegas

will soon be on the front page

Secrets are fruitless

people will say what they say

If its dirt, they white glove it

Mr clean’s on the way

If it’s yours they will covet

your secret secretly pays

The only way to save face

is to simply behave

There are prices to pay

for the games that you play

So dress that skeleton up

take it out for some dinner

Or look the other way

and be run through the ringer

slam poetry

Loved this. (Loved the dusty one as well, btw.) When I saw the picture, all I could think was, "Won't you be my neighbor?" I wonder what skeletons Mr. Rogers had in his closet (or if he was completely solicitous in taking them out & making them public).

  • Take the skeleton 💀 out for Dinner 😆👍❤️💯😍Great piece❗
