Our body is a cluster of organs,
they work in collaboration,
everything is connected.
We give in to temptations,
Which lead to inflammation
and body acidifications.
Diabetes shows up,
bringing with it:
loss of vision, nerve pain
to frequent urination.
You have medications,
to tame blood glucose concentration,
but they bring irritations —
even gallbladder stones.
Thickened blood leads to
poor circulation, and stroke
It can even result in
limb amputations.
So be wary
of excessive consumption
hormone disruption, and
immune activation
Follow moderation.
Diabetes is turning into an epidemic these days. Don’t think it’s purely genetic. It is very much a result of lifestyle and dietary choices. Awareness and discipline can keep you safe from this malady.
