Detective Brown was on the mission,
To find the thief who had stolen antique statues, with precision,
She searched for clues, and found a lead,
A suspect, who had a greed,
For ancient artefacts, and wealth,
She knew she had to catch him, before he eluded stealth.
She followed the trail, through the city,
Her determination, as strong as a ditty,
She found the thief, in a secluded spot,
With the statues, in his possession, they were hot.
He fought back, but she was quick,
And soon, he was under her stick,
The statues were recovered, and returned,
The museum's pride, once again, earned.
Detective Brown felt a sense of pride,
For she had helped preserve, a cultural tide,
And as she looked at the statues, so grand,
She knew that her work, was not in vain.
