Depression

Hold on

By Rage Published 2 years ago 1 min read

Depression isn’t being sad all the time.

It’s not always about crying and being holed up in your room.

When your depression gets really bad you don’t feel anything.

You just feel completely empty inside.

You don’t care about anything; nothing excites you anymore.

You don’t feel interested in things that would normally excite you.

You don’t feel joy when you are supposed to feel joy.

You don’t feel sad when you are supposed to feel sad because you feel completely empty inside.

It feels like you are just existing and and not actually living.

You just feel like an empty tired vessel devoid of any purpose

I feel like I am nothing…..
