A humanitarian at heart,
He travelled far and wide,
To where the troubles start.
He saw the poverty,
The sickness and the pain,
And he knew he had to help,
To ease their suffering and strain.
He worked day and night,
With a tireless dedication,
Helping those in need,
His own life's frustration.
He gave them hope and love,
And a sense of their own worth,
He showed them there was more,
To this life on earth.
He touched so many lives,
With his selfless acts of care,
He left a lasting impact,
Everywhere he'd been.
And though he's gone now,
His legacy lives on,
Inspiring others to follow,
In the same footsteps drawn.
