Organize Like A Boss
Does this mean toss?
OLAB for short
With a cohort
~
Decluttering
I’m not muttering
Its whitespace today
Labels yesterday
Containers on Monday
~
Eliminate anxiety
OLAB makes me cry
It is only important to try
If you have too much
Get rid of a bunch
~
10-minute miracles
Some things are durables
They last forever and tables
will fill up over time as you have
to put something there, maybe halve
it to fit there without a problem
or will that be a conundrum
~
This project is only a week
Thankfully, I will be meek
And stay the course
The cohort is a huge force
Of support with this project
And I endorse this aspect
Of OLAB, finding a buddy
And not just any old fuddy-duddy
But a real down-to-earth quick study!
~
Time to create some whitespace
In a few spaces in my place
I may hang a few photos
To get them off the bookcase
I have too much wall space, I suppose
Pictures will improve the space.
~
Enough putting it off
Time to get to it I scoff
Wait my art will need a frame
It isn’t a gallery of fame
Only my attempt at paintings
And photos of family gatherings.
Sounds good, stop this s-it
Let’s do it!

Cleverly-written! Nice work Denise! 💕
Oooo, OLAB, that could be my new motto because I love organising and decluttering hehehe. Loved your poem!
I'm trying to declutter as well. I got rid of some things, but I have more pretty soon for the burn barrel. Good job on your 'project'.
Great poem that is so relatable!
I can relate! Great job!
Eh, this is what I've been doing, lol.
