It’s in the way you smile,

Oh, the way you make me feel,

Why can’t we be together?

In this lifeline, In this timeline

Existential premonitions,

Visions of you and I, in another life,

Yet, you went off, told another lie,

And turned your back on what was divine

I’ll never know,

Never knowing why,

As long as I get back what is rightfully mine,

And I know you stole this something of mine

Whether you believe it was owed,

Is only up to me and me alone,

And I will have you know,

Once I regain control, you will truly feel what it is to be alone

From these ashes,

I’m born anew,

I chose the path that wouldn’t include you,

Rather, I chose to end cycles that played out before you

In another life,

“Here’s my heart,

Do whatever you’d like”,

No self respect for who or what was I?

In this life, in the next, and the next life,

I’ll never have to deal with you again,

There isn’t any love, there wasn’t any then,

This karmic lesson has come to it’s end

Here’s my heart,

And there is yours,

Hold it in, as if it were your own,

And promise to never let go; for we will be reborn, in the next, and again, till death.
