Dear Red Rose

I am just a red rose worshipper

By Syira Husairi Published 8 months ago 1 min read

In gardens where sunlight softly flows,

There blooms a tale, a crimson rose.

Petals whisper secrets, gently they sigh,

Like the blush that deepens when you pass by.

Your smile, a dawn that paints the skies,

A warmth I chase, a sweet surprise.

Every glance a spark, a silent prose,

A heartbeat’s dance, my hidden rose.

I speak in silence, shadows trace,

Hopes that bloom, yet leave no trace.

Your laughter’s breeze, a melody near,

Yet I remain, just a whisper here.

Red rose of love, so fierce, so true,

In every petal, I see you.

A dream I cradle, a wish I hide,

A longing river, a crimson tide.

Should courage bloom and words take flight,

Would petals turn from red to white?

Or would your smile, so softly stay,

Like a rose that never fades away?

Your words bloom as beautifully as the red rose itself. Such a delicate and heartfelt piece! 🌹✨
