Dear Beloved Paloma,

It has been over a decade, since you passed away,

yet your memory ,still burns brightly in my mind,

You were more than just a first love, you were,

an angel in my life, who taught me,

how to love, how to pray and above all,

how to believe in a future, that I once thought was impossible,

and for that, I can never thank you enough.

You were there for me ,when I needed you the most,

I still remember the way you looked, your bright eyes ,

that sparkled with mischief, your cheeky smile that lit up a room,

and your sweet melodic voice, that could soothe ,

the most troubled soul, and brought me only joy ,

and for that, I can never cherish you enough.

You were more than, just a girlfriend to me,

you were a partner, a best friend and a confidant,

You helped me pay, for my university fees,

when I could ,barely make ends meet,

which enabled me, to graduate with honors,

Your presence in my life, was like a blessing from heaven,

and for that, I can never repay you enough.

I remember the day you left us, the world seemed to stop spinning,

and my heart shattered, into a million different pieces,

I felt like I had lost a part of me, that I could never get back,

I missed you so much and I still do, I hope wherever you are,

you are singing to the angels, with your sweet melodious voice,

and the Lord in heaven, is listening to your beautiful songs.

and for that, I can never miss you enough.

You were the best thing ,that has ever happened in my entire life,

and I will never forget the joy, and love that you brought into my world,

I will always cherish the memories, that we shared together,

the laughter, the tears and the moments of pure bliss,

You may have left this world physically, but in my heart,

you will always live on, and you remain forever alive,

and for that, I can never love you enough.

Thank-you Paloma ,for being such an important part of my life,

without knowing you, nothing would be as meaningful or beautiful,

without whom none of these, wonderful experiences,

would have been possible!, thank you for everything!

nothing can ever take away our special bond ,forged through friendship,

over so many years ago until now.., May God continue blessing you,

and for that, I can never pray for you enough.
