Dear Daughter

I love you

By Alexandre DalpéPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Dear Daughter,

You show me a totally new world

Possibilities everywhere

Like nothing of past

Nothing that were

Here and there

Time is to fast

to keep up with the past

Was I ever ready?

Two years already.

Feels like a month

And an eternity of old

Joy the never ends

your laugh, so magical

You bring life in me

When we play

When you smile

You bring light, in my life

Warmth in my heart

With you I pray

That you keep that joy

That peace that is yours

The love that submerges me

You show me God

by your own little miracle

I can not do much for you

Except being there, playing,

Protecting and loving you.

Like fathers do.

Love you.

Your Father.
