Dear Compelling Crow,
It has been some time now, and I’m dying to know how you’ve been. Have you soared to new heights? Have you been enjoying the sky? Do you feel free? Do you feel complete? I don’t mean to intrude; I’m quite stuck on this ground. There’s just so much irony in a symbol of darkness with a soul so bright. Who knew a little crow could bring so much light? You’ve taught me things that books don’t say. You’ve taught me to be patient, to be kind, and smile every day. You have changed me forever the moment you flew away. So, thank you and I love you, because I will never be the same.
Sincerely,
Wondering Wildflower
