Days on end floating

In the dark reaches of

Space.

Time passing when

Reasoning disappears.

Attention lingers only briefly.

Clear skies to Earth.

Torn spots appear deadly

In spacesuit. Time to sign

Off.

Never going home.

Barb is a young widow, having lost her husband and best friend at the age of 55. She is now devoted to her two daughters and her two beautiful granddaughters. Her dog is a constant companion.
