Daydream

Underneath a sunlit sky,

My imagination starts to fly.

In a realm where possibilities bloom,

I wander freely, escaping the gloom.

I stroll through meadows of emerald green,

Where fairies dance and cast their sheen.

Mountains rise with majestic grace,

A sanctuary where time's erased.

I sail upon an ocean of dreams,

Where the water glistens and gleams.

Mermaids sing their enchanting song,

Guiding me as I journey along.

I build castles in the shifting sands,

Creating worlds with my own hands.

Every stroke of my imagination's brush,

Brings life to dreams with a gentle hush.

But as the day's end draws near,

Reality's call becomes clear.

I return to the world that I know,

With memories of my daydreams aglow.
