As the sun descends and it’s light retreats, My soul ascends to reach new feats.
The peace of silence calms my spirit, No crowd or commotion and few to hear it.
Nature’s whisper is the solitary sound, As the breeze kisses trees casting leaves to the ground.
The stars shine bright in the dark of night, I feel their vibrations in the absence of light.
While most are sleeping, secured in chateaus, Moonlight casts the only shadows.
When most lack sight it creates a fear, But heightened senses make me clear.
Though light reflects for us to see, Darkness can showcase our reality.
With less to distract curious eyes, Our truth is open to realize.
In these subtle moments I speak to earth, I feel a sense of my rebirth.
My comfort comes as nights begin, Serenity, nirvana, my ultimate Zen.
