Dandelions

Calling a dandelion "just a weed" is a closed minded statement. And I am not close minded..

In field of many dandelion,

Stretching past human gaze.

Resting in yellow hues,

Dancing in mornings scent.

Dew droplets quench thirsty skin,

Bare toes clutch earths soil.

Earths energy waves greetings,

Meadows billow in gratitude for you.

White gown grazes flowered earth.

Peace is embedded in momentary expression.

My gratitude is heavy.

My heart light.

My mind empty.

My spirit settled.

For this is the place I chose to escape to today.

To let the stress float away.

Peace be with me,

My mind and my heart.

Enter into earths presence once again,

Because I belong here.

And I’m doing just fine.
