Hop in my car and speed down to the school. Didn’t even eat breakfast or brush my teeth. Other than that, I felt like I was forgetting something.

My bag felt a little lighter. I really wasn’t focusing on that though. My focus was on safely speeding down the street to get to the school.

My phone was blowing up. Texts and phone calls. All of them were from my classmates. They were wondering where I was.

The show would be a disaster if I didn't show up. I can’t let them down tonight. There’s still time to get dressed.
