~Dancing Alone!~

People who refuse to seek help for certain aspects about themselves and their life they are needing help for. And their ongoing efforts to try and to make it all feel like it's someone else's job to take care of for them, that they are justified in their actions and thinking and how they feel, see or think of you and carry on in their behaviors around you! When there is nothing left you can do about certain things, all there is left is to do is carry on... and WRITE ABOUT IT! That next part of your journey! This is THAT song/story for me! Thank-You! :-)

~Dancing Alone~

Verse 1...

You say you can't stand being where you are,

but you can never seem to move yourself away very far

All you do is watch TV, eat, sleep and talk

about the places you'd someday like to be.

Chorus...

So believe me when I say

this don't come easy to me

I Love you baby...

but I am not one to sit around

waiting for my dreams to come true

And I am tired of Dancing alone

while waiting here for you.

Verse 2...

I am not your Mother,

You just can't hide behind me anymore

You can't keep hiding behind closed doors

If you don't want to lose this all,

You need to find your-SELF happiness

and what it means to be!

I am not willing to be the one who has to fall,

I won't give up my dreams for this

at all.

Mini Chorus...

I am not one to sit around waiting for my dreams to come true...

and I am tired of dancing alone

while waiting here for you.

Verse 3...

So believe me when I say

this don't come easy to me,

I love you baby...

but I am not waiting anymore

for you to heal

and finally stop hiding behind

those closed doors.

I am not one to sit around waiting for my dreams to come true,

End with Another Mini Chorus...

And I am tired of dancing alone

while waiting here for you!

Larger chorus can be repeated for longer/extended song!

The End!
