Dance of Life

With twists and turns, Life is a dance,
A journey that we must all learn,
To take each step, with grace and poise,
To find the rhythm, and make some noise.

The dance begins, as we take our first breath,
And continues on, until our final rest,
A waltz, a tango, a foxtrot or two,
With partners we choose, or partners anew.

The tempo changes, as we grow and age,
With different steps, on every stage,
The dance becomes, a tapestry of life,
Full of color, passion, and sometimes strife.

There are moments, when we trip and fall,
And the dance becomes, a battle call,
And dance again, with a brighter glow.

There are partners, who come and go,
Some stay for just a dance or so,
While others stay, until the end,
And dance with us, as a lifelong friend.

The music plays, and we move along,
With each new step, a brand new song,
The rhythm of life, an ever-changing beat,
Guiding us, through each and every feat.

And when the dance is done, we'll look back,
At all the steps, along the track,
We'll see the joy, the love, the pain,
And know that we've danced, our life's refrain.

So let us dance, with all our might,
With grace and poise, through day and night,
For life's a dance, and we're the stars,
Making music, that breaks through the bars.
