Curse society
Evil and vile
Triggering frowns
Through a feigned smile

Curse society
So big and cunning
Causing healthy legs
To brake from running
*
Curse society
She overtakes.
All those strong
She brutally brakes.

Curse society
In all her glory.
Changing a lifeline
To be her story.
*
Curse society
Conquering minds
Until peace in control
She guffawingly finds.
*
Curse society
With her tricks and lies.
Coated in honey,
She easily defies.
*
Curse society
Bury her underground.
She’ll still be there
But with a brand new sound.
*
Curse society
And then focus on yourself
You may still hear her snicker
From somewhere on the shelf.
*
Curse society
Know that she has lied
She turned your focus to the external
Instead of building on the inside…
