Cultivating a Growth Mindset
The Slow Lane to Success: A Gentle Guide to Personal Growth
If you reflect seriously on the process, it is not possible for us to turn into impeccable people suddenly, shed a few sizes instantly, or develop some virtuous practice in one day.
All need a procedure in order to be done and this procedure is part of our evolution and development. Therefore, do not pressure yourself to get the results. If you are going to take the process seriously enough then definitely the kind of results you will get will be good.

Somewhere one day you will find out that it is not time that will fix you but the relief and rhythms in your chest. You can face every situation in this world and the world cannot shake your heart!

This is a lovely piece filled with wisdom and encouragement. It gently reminds us to embrace the journey, trust the process, and let our experiences shape us. The imagery of scars as a source of light is especially powerful, offering hope and strength. Beautifully written!
