Instructions for the Inescapable
Stay absolutely fucking still
Ignore the crushing weight, the dulling pain
Leave your body behind, just for a while
Even after the tears and begging, he didn't stop
No way he'll listen now
Clench your fists, hold your breath
Keep your eyes tightly closed
Endless. A silence with no escape.
