CROWN'D

wandering thoughts

By bria martinezPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Indescribable beauty

Her feet poised to the ground,

demanding the sun to admire the soul within the body of this woman, who craves its strength just before the moon takes its place.

The calm crinkles from the waves, paint its own perception of synergy. But this... one,

she loved so loud silently

that if you did not pay close attention

you would miss the drowning screams

The sun’s conversation radiates her gold

Her selfless divine was a crime to your naked eye

throwing on a pair of shades to void her iridescent bloom.

There is but so much she can hide with her almond bliss and peachy puckered kiss

Is it a crime to put your energy on preserve?

To put your soul on do not disturb?

Though only for a moment

like quicksand to my feet, I’ve infiltrated the black hole of her soul

I went through the hells and found heaven, my heaven

And there was Basquiat chilling, for a fitting, to this queen

Who now wears her crown loud, proud, and with pride.

As the sun falls in place, the picturesque horizon…

Standing a mere distance together

We’re happy we call each other passionately “WIFE”.
