II: to the enemy

Your smile spreads

a sickle of ivory

Over your shadow for a face

Chewing into me

Even your gaze of lapis lazuli

Has teeth, Teasing and tempting

I'm so Hungry, and you look so pretty

Is my stomach aching from sickness

Or fleshly famine

What is this weakness

I am starving, salivating

At the thought of those teeth on my skin

I promise myself I won't be your prey

But I stay

You're so sweet when you're not seeking to stain me

I'll kill for you if you're willing to die for me

If you show me your scars

You can run your tongue over mine, feel how fresh they are

consuming and caging

Touch me, taint me

My smile spreads

a sickle of ivory

Reusing the "smile spreads / a sickle of ivory" at the end was so impactful. Love this!
