Silence from the sensory deprivation tank

Inviting sounds in my brain, am I going insane?

Lights of different colors flash in front of my eyes

Elevating my thoughts of fear

Nobody hears me scream at the top of my lungs GET ME OUT

Corroding my psyche, I don’t’ know what’s real and what’s not

Eventually the door opens, and the light hits my eyes

surreal poetry
